The Perfect wedding Venue for Your Perfect Day

Our striking barn boasts a vaulted ceiling, exposed timber beams andred-brick walls together with stunning feature lighting.  Super-sized, hand-crafted oak doors featureeither side of the barn, letting in oodles of natural sunlight and allowing the free flow of guests to the outside courtyards.

You’ll also find two first floor balconies, located either end of the ceremony barns. You’re free to use theseas an elevated stage for dreamy photography shots, an area for your choice of live music or to display letter lights; whatever your vision we’ll make ithappen!

What are the maximum numbers you can accommodate in each of the barns?

Long Barn – 90 for Ceremony, Meal & Evening Reception
Cow Shed – 125 for Ceremony & Meal
150 for Evening Reception

What time can I access the getting ready rooms?

We are delighted to offer two separate getting ready rooms, complete with shower facilities, ensuring both parties can prepare on-site. The first room is available from 8:30 AM, and the second room opens at 10:30 AM.

Who are the caterers and how flexible are they?

We are proud to partner with Jenkinsons, a renowned catering company with over 100 years of experience in creating exceptional wedding cuisine.. Jenkinsons also work alongside a variety of other cultural catering suppliers, providing you flexibility to customise your menu.

When will we finalise all of our details?

Your Wedding Co-ordinator will contact you to arrange your final details meeting 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding. At this stage, you will need your confirmed numbers, timings, table plan and details of any suppliers.

Do you allow corkage?

We’re afraid we do not offer corkage at Blackbrook Barns, however if there is something specific you are looking for, we can work with our suppliers.

Do we get a menu tasting?

Yes, the Blackbrook x Jenkinsons Taster Evening for two is included during your wedding planning.

Who sets up the tables on the wedding day?

Our team with over 25 years wedding industry experience work with you and your suppliers to dress the rooms. Details will be discussed with you at your final planning meeting.

When do we drop off items?

All items for the wedding are to be delivered the morning before your wedding. Blackbrook cannot accept any responsibility for any items left after your wedding, so please make sure everything is collected the following morning.

How do the drinks packages work?

We have carefully selected a few of our most popular options for you to chose from. All drink is provided by Blackbrook, however options are extremely flexible. Full bar service is available prior to the ceremony, during the drinks reception and after the wedding breakfast through to the evening reception with a curated wine list, spirits and classic cocktails.

Where can our guests stay?

We work with a number of closely selected hotels and B&B’s, all situated within a 10 minute drive or taxi journey. Please ask your co-ordinator for more information and recommendations.

What time does the evening reception finish?

Our license for the bar and evening reception is until midnight.
